Grafton Skip Bins – Refund Policy

At Grafton Skip Bins, we are committed to providing reliable and timely skip bin hire services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our customers.

1. Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel your booking with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 administration fee, with the balance refunded.

  • On-the-day cancellations: If our truck is already en route or has arrived on-site, no refund will be issued. A call-out fee may apply.

2. Change of Mind or Early Collection

  • If you no longer require the bin after it has been delivered, no refund will be issued.

  • If you request early collection, there is no refund for unused days.

3. Bin Overload or Prohibited Waste

  • Refunds are not available if the bin cannot be collected due to overloading or inclusion of prohibited items (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, tyres, etc.).

  • Any additional charges related to non-compliance with our terms will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delays or Service Issues

  • If Grafton Skip Bins fails to deliver or collect the bin as agreed due to our error, we will either:

    • Reschedule at no additional cost; or

    • Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
