Grafton Skip Bins – Refund Policy
At Grafton Skip Bins, we are committed to providing reliable and timely skip bin hire services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our customers.
1. Cancellations

More than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel your booking with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 administration fee, with the balance refunded.

On-the-day cancellations: If our truck is already en route or has arrived on-site, no refund will be issued. A call-out fee may apply.
2. Change of Mind or Early Collection

If you no longer require the bin after it has been delivered, no refund will be issued.

If you request early collection, there is no refund for unused days.
3. Bin Overload or Prohibited Waste

Refunds are not available if the bin cannot be collected due to overloading or inclusion of prohibited items (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, tyres, etc.).

Any additional charges related to non-compliance with our terms will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Delays or Service Issues

If Grafton Skip Bins fails to deliver or collect the bin as agreed due to our error, we will either:

Reschedule at no additional cost; or
-
Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
